- Develop and implement a business plan to optimise every business opportunity and actively generate revenue for the company through the sale of second-hand homes, new homes, conveyancing and mortgage related products.
- Recruit, induct, lead and develop a professional and effective sales and administrative team through 'on-the-job' coaching and regular performance reviews.
- Adopt a positive and motivational approach to engender a culture of professional behaviour and customer care at all times.
- Ensure all procedures are effectively and efficiently undertaken by all staff and that all activities are undertaken in line with all relevant statutory regulations and legislation affecting the estate agency and mortgage services business.
