Mortgage Co-ordinator

Key responsibilities
  • Mortgage processing including checking new cases and making contact with relevant parties if further information reqd.
  • General Correspondence. Investigate and respond to queries. Update systems with any data received. Check documents received carefully for errors and update systems.
  • Mortgage Offers, Mortgage Exchange and Mortgage Completion. Complete key tasks associated with these events.
  • Insurance Policy Administration. Log receipt of all documents. Place insurance policies on risk and update systems
  • Communication. Maintain constant contact with all parties relevant to case to ensure mortgage and insurances are progressing to customer requirements
Skills required
  • Previous Mortgage admin experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of house buying process
  • Computer literate including use of Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Customer Service Telephone skills both inbound and outbound.
  • Negotiation skills
