Key responsibilities
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain all files in line with prescribed standards
  • Entering of applicants, properties and Landlord details onto
  • software and following up appointments.
  • Arrange advertising of properties, compilation of tenancy
  • information, and creation of tenancy documents including legal
  • contracts.
  • Organisation and undertaking of inventory bookings and
  • signups.
  • Following commencement of tenancy ensure execution of
  • contracts and completion of tenancy files for sending to LSC
  • where appropriate
Skills required
  • Well organised
  • Presentable
  • Track record in administration
  • And or IT skills
  • Handles all office administration efficiently, accurately and
  • always in a professional manner
  • Has a complete understanding of the administration
  • requirements of a busy lettings office
