- Handle all enquiries and record new tenants applications
- Arrange inventories, safety certificates and handle keys
- Effectively manage the diary
- Liase with tenants, applicants and landlords
- Progress tenants references
- Prepare tenancy paperwork
- Set up insurance policies
- Process tenant application forms
- Receive monies, issue receipts and ensure monies banked
- Welcome and deal with people coming into the office
- Notify utility companies of changes of occupier
- Organise mid term visits at tenanted properties
- Keep website and window displays up to date.
- Liase with local branches to gain referrals and applicant information.
- Ensure local branches have property lists and window cards.
- Ensure all property and tenancy files are complete and chase any info/paperwork outstanding
- Effectively market and promote properties for sale.
- Regularly contact applicants by telephone to arrange viewings at properties and accompany those viewings.
