Awards success for Connells estate agency

Estate agency Connells is celebrating after picking up multiple prizes at this year’s Estate Agency of the Year Awards, held on 3 December in association with the Sunday Times. Connells scooped awards in categories including Best UK Large Agency, Best Financial Services for the Group, Best New Homes and Best Innovation, as well as being shortlistedThe awards, which are based on a written submission and telephone interview with the judges, are the most prestigious in the estate agency calendar. Commenting on the submissions, the judges commended Connells for its ‘innovative’ and ‘entrepreneurial’ approach to business, its ‘commitment to customers’ and how its ‘pioneering ideas…set the standard for the industry.’

It’s award for Best Innovation was based on its ‘£99 HIP with Home Conveyancing’ proposition which removed a financial barrier to those wanting to sell their home and highlighted Connells broad portfolio of products designed to help with the home moving process.
