Administrator/Negotiator, Burgess Hill
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.

  • Ascertain applicant needs by listening to the details provided

  • Qualify applicants, match to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity

  • Ensure that all viewings are promptly followed up and that the vendor is immediately advised of the details

  • Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions

  • Ensure every effort is made to cross sell Sequence products

  • Optimise every opportunity to a market appraisal

  • Undertake the office’s administrative and secretarial duties including reporting systems in an efficient and competent manner

  • Handle correspondence in accordance with managers instructions

  • Provide support to management by undertaking non- sales related tasks.

  • Provide support to the other team members by undertaking front line telephone and face to face sales support when required

  • Ensure expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels

  • Comply with company’s standard procedures and legislative measures affecting Estate Agencies, Financial Services & Health & Safety at Work.
Skills Required
  • Previous sales/customer service experience would be preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision

  • Accurate, numerate and computer literate

  • You must be a car owner with full clean driving licence

  • Organised

  • Team player

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
