Continued success for Connells Southern Land & New Homes

08 May 2017

Helping more people take their first or next steps on the property ladder

Connells Land & New Homes is thrilled to report continued success for its Southern region in the first few months of this year.  Between January and March 2017, the Land & New Homes team won 90% more business than the first quarter of 2016, as well as increasing its pipeline by 40% compared with the same period.  The division's ever-increasing performance means that Connells is set to bring a considerable number of new homes developments to the market for its customers in the coming years, and inevitably help more people make their first or next step on the property ladder.

Tom Bateson, Connells' Southern Regional New Homes Director says:  “We finished 2016 on a high and we’re thrilled to have continued this success well into the year.  The housing shortage is still a significant issue within the UK but, with the Government placing a strong focus on building new homes, we feel confident about what’s to come for the housing market.  Connells is part of one of the UK’s most successful land and new homes businesses, so we’re best placed to help those looking for a new home and we’re working hard with our developer partners to ensure a good flow of developments coming to fruition for our customers.”

“Our main objective is to keep providing our customers with a choice of fantastic new build properties and to help more and more house hunters in their search for a new home,” continues Tom.  “If you’re thinking of stepping onto the property ladder or are looking for your next house, please don’t hesitate to get in contact and let us help you find your perfect new home.”

Connells Land & New Homes division offers a fully inclusive service to land and commercial site owners, developers and house buyers.  For advice and further information on land and new homes in Southern England, please call Connells’ dedicated team on 01256 318121.
