Help to Buy event at Connells Leighton Buzzard

04 September 2018

On Thursday 27th September and featuring special incentives at new development Waterside Mews

Local estate agency Connells in Leighton Buzzard is inviting customers to a Help to Buy event on Thursday 27th September 2018.  Taking place in the branch between 3pm-7pm, the event will allow prospective buyers to meet the team in the branch and to receive valuable information on utilising the Help to Buy scheme to purchase a property.

Perfect for first-time buyers and those wanting to move up the property ladder, the event will offer the opportunity to find out more about existing and upcoming developments available through the scheme and for sale through Connells.  Developments on show include Waterside Mews - an exciting collection of 19 one bedroom apartments and duplex homes set beside the Grand Union Canal in Leighton Buzzard – currently offering the special incentive of the cost equivalent of an annual railcard to London Euston to all new reservation on duplex apartments up until the end of October:

“We’re looking forward to our event and providing customers with a great opportunity to find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works, how they can benefit from it and what is required from them to secure a home utilising the scheme,” says Phill Appleby, Branch Manager at Connells Leighton Buzzard. “We’ll be showcasing a number of developments including Waterside Mews which is offering a fantastic incentive on select apartments – the cost of a railcard to London – perfect for commuters as the development is just a five minute walk from the train station.  With a limited number of homes currently available, this incentive is one not to be missed and, as the homes are ready to move into, buyers can expect a quick and easy purchase and to be settled in before Christmas!”

Waterside Mews, by local developers Peach Properties, has been built to the highest specification and offers open plan living, communal parking spaces and many apartments enjoying canal side views.  The development, which is conveniently located just a short walk from both the town centre and railway station, will suit a variety of buyers and also represents an ideal investment opportunity.  Prices are available on request.

Leighton Buzzard is a bustling market town with an array of good shops, schools, restaurants, leisure facilities, healthcare services and twice weekly market.   The area is well connected with trains from Leighton Buzzard railway station into London Euston taking just over 30 minutes, the M1 and M25 both within easy reach and London Luton airport under 30 minutes away.   Leighton Buzzard is surrounding by lovely countryside - Dunstable Downs, the Chiltern Hills and the Grand Union Canal.
