Connells Rayleigh welcomes new lettings team

Local estate agency Connells is delighted to introduce a new lettings team at its branch in Rayleigh: Eric Marseille joins as Lettings Manager, alongside Leigh-Anne Davis as Lettings Sales Manager. They bring the experienced team to a total of seven, with the branch now offering sales, lettings and mortgage services all under one roof.

Eric joins from the heading up the lettings team at the Ipswich branch, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the industry and a passion for helping people to find their perfect rental property. Leigh-Anne joins, having worked in sales for five years and has made great progress in the lettings sector. She is very customer focused and has a real desire to assist everybody she comes into contact with at the highest standard of customer service. The pair lead a team of five specialists, and possess over 26 years industry experience combined.

Eric comments: “I have worked for the business for four years and, from experience, I can safely say that Connells are able to deliver a personable service with the backing of a large firm, something I believe is necessary in today’s very regulated and complex lettings market. I very much enjoy working in a busy office and leading a highly successful and motivated team, which I know to be the case at Rayleigh.

“Not only do we have a new team, but we also have a brand new fee structure that we are really excited about,” continues Eric. “We are confident that we can offer a second to none service tailored to suit all prospective customers, from matching tenants to their ideal properties to providing full property management, rent collection and investors and insurance advice.
