Connells launches next phase at the Nightingales
Local estate agency Connells in Tunbridge Wells is pleased to announce that the next phase of homes at the Nightingales in Crowborough, East Sussex, has now launched. With eight exclusive properties now available to purchase at The Mews, the local branch highly advises prospective buyers to book a viewing at the show home as soon as possible.
Developed by award-winning Riverdale Developments Ltd, The Mews offers eight two and three-bedroom homes. The properties include cost-saving measures, such as gas-fired central heating, a unique choice of flooring and carpeting and integrated Bosch appliances. Set within a private street and fitted with wireless alarms, homes at The Mews have a wealth of security features for resident’s peace of mind.
“We are delighted to be marketing another phase of The Nightingales development, after the successful completion of the first two phases,” says Stephen Lightfoot, New Homes Partner at Connells. “The Mews offers an exclusive opportunity to live in a unique community located so close to the countryside. Our show home is now open for viewings and we’re hosting a launch weekend on 30th April – 1st May from 10pm-5pm by appointment only, so we’re advising potential buyers to book an appointment as soon as possible.”
Set in the heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Crowborough is located close to a host of local amenities. The historic market town offers a post office, a variety of supermarkets and a range of independent and high street shops. Ashdown Forest, Crowborough Country Park and a host of National Trust properties are on residents’ doorsteps, as well as seaside resorts like Eastbourne and Brighton just over a 50 minute drive away.
Crowborough is well connected by road and rail, with regular services from Crowborough station to London Bridge, South Croydon and Uckfield. For international travel, Gatwick Airport is a 40 minute drive away.
The launch weekend for The Mews is set for the 30th April – 1st May, with the sales office open for appointments between 10am – 5pm. Buyers are able to utilise the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme* on selected plots, which provides greater assistance for first-time buyers to get onto property ladder.
