The apartments at Elgar Lodge are designed with independent living in mind, but in a safe and secure environment with management staff and Careline alarm service in place. Elgar Lodge requires at least one apartment resident to be over the age of 60 with any second resident over the age of 55. The Careline system provides direct contact to either your Lodge Manager, who is on duty between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday, or a member or the Careline team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Elgar Lodge also hosts a beautifully furnished owners lounge, which is a popular meeting place to make new friends and socialise. The building benefits from a Guest Suite for friends and family to stay over (at an additional cost) when visiting and a laundry room for residents use.
