Step three: On agreement of the above marketing price for your current home, you will pay a reservation fee and we will take your preferred home off the market at Rainham, for a total of 5 weeks.

Step four: Your current property must be under offer within 5 weeks

Step five: You complete full reservation paperwork for your new home at Rainham
