First of all the ay of the move went down to the wire! All a bit of "will it - wont it " happen on the day. I recall our removers were still unloading at our new house at 9:00pm and stayed overnight and finished the next day. we're settled in now though it's ongoing getting everything how we want it. Tenant Fees

As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing, tenancy agreement administration and an inventory check, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit payable before the tenancy starts.
