She then visited my flat, prior to completion, and was very efficient in marketing it to let. It is a refreshing change to come upon a company that has staff that actually cares to put their client’s interest first. We found Julie to be most helpful even informing us of the second property to view. She took care to listen to our needs, our second property was shown to us by Sam, she had by accident picked up the wrong keys; she made me smile, saying it’s my fault I will rectify it I will pop back and get the key. Tenant Fees

As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing, tenancy agreement administration and an inventory check, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit payable before the tenancy starts.
