Help To Buy
You could only need a 5% deposit to 100% own a new home

Help to Buy* is a Government-backed equity loan scheme which helps buyers to own a new build home. It means that home buyers can own a home with only a 5% deposit. This initiative is available to all buyers, not just first time buyers. The property purchased through Help to Buy must be your only residence.

Help to Buy* offers up to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price through an equity loan funded by the Government. The remaining 80% is then made up through a 5% deposit contribution and a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society.

Here's an example of the equity loan scheme:
Based on a £130,000 purchase price
5% Deposit £6,500
75% Mortgage £97,500
20% Help to Buy Equity Loan £26,000

The equity loan is available on new build properties up to a maximum value of £600,000 in England. Further information on the equity loan and the repayments required is available in the Help to Buy* Buyers Guide.

Part Exchange
A new home for your old one, it's that simple

Swap your old house for a brand new Miller home with our Part Exchange* scheme and take the uncertainty and stress out of moving. There's no chain, or any estate agent fees and you'll receive a fair offer based on an independent valuation. Enjoy a guaranteed buyer**, no deposit on exchange and a decision usually within 7 days.

It really couldn't be easier, speak to one of our Development Sales Managers to see if the plot you are interested in is included in the Part Exchange scheme. All going well, you could be in your new home in just a month!†

Step 1 - Choose your home
Browse our new developments through our website or take a leisurely walk around one of our showhomes. At this stage your Development Sales Manager will be able to tell you whether the plot you're interested in is included in our Part Exchange scheme.

Step 2 - Part Exchange qualification
Once we confirm that your property qualifies for Part Exchange, we will arrange for an independent valuation to be carried out. To give you peace of mind, all of our offers are supported by a detailed Valuation Report.

Step 3 - Decision made
Relax, you have a buyer! We take responsibility for putting your property on the market, which means you don't have to worry about estate agent fees. We'll even cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate. And for properties in Scotland, we'll also handle your Home Report.

Step 4 - There every step of the way
From this point your Development Sales Manager will guide you step-by-step through the process of buying your new Miller home. You could even be in your new home in as little as four weeks†. And, if there's anything at all that you're not clear about, your Development Sales Manager will always be on hand to answer your questions.

The Miller Difference
The Miller Difference is about trust, helping where we can and keeping you involved.

We're enormously proud of the homes we've built over the last 80 years and we've been listening and learning from our customers throughout that time. From insisting on the best workmanship and the highest quality materials, right through to recognising our responsibilities to the environment.
During this time we've seen many generations of families enjoy our homes and developments, and we've seen the happy, thriving communities they've become.

The most important people are the customers who choose our homes in which to build their future. Their satisfaction and confidence in us, from our very first meeting onwards, is a key measure of our success.

Why Buy New?
When you buy a new home you're buying a blank canvas. A space no-one before you has ever owned, and somewhere you can truly make your own.
As well as moving into a beautiful, fresh, clean space you will benefit from a property that conforms to the very highest standards and incorporates the latest technology.
