Welcome To The Steading
Situated in the South Staffordshire region of England, Essington is best known for it's rural location and country landscapes. Neighbouring woodland areas and lakes, Home to waterfowl and plenty other wildlife our new development has been designed to incorporate this into its surroundings. We've retained walkways across the fields and added new ones so you can enjoy the local wildlife.
The village has strong links to Wolverhampton, Lichfield and Cannock, making Essington a very well positioned place to live.
The Steadings offers plenty of space with serene surroundings and large, open meadows. Keeping the eco-system in mind we have provided a landscape that promotes the local natural wildlife, created new footpath links out to the surrounding meadows and made sure we retained existing trees for a countryside feel. Being a short walk into the village and situated next door to the local recreational ground means we provide a great environment for your growing family.
