Connells has close relationships with its panel lenders meaning it often has access to exclusive and semi-exclusive mortgage products. We can therefore offer some mortgages that are not available anywhere else. (We unfortunately can not offer products that you can only obtain by going direct to the lender).
Our strong and long-standing relationships with our lenders and insurers means we have access to dedicated teams who only process applications from Connells customers. They are fully in tune with the house buying process and work tirelessly to get you into your new home.
Mortgage Business Unit
Connells 'Mortgage Business Unit' will process your application from beginning to end. They provide you with one point of contact and co-ordinate with your solicitor, lender and insurance companies as well as keeping you up-to-date on progress. This service is designed to make your move as stress free as possible.
Stay in your home
Connells offers advice on insurance products designed to ensure that even if you are too ill to work, you still have the funds to stay in your home. We can also arrange buildings and contents insurance for you, to protect your home and your belongings. The products are supplied by Ageas Insurance Limited for Buildings and Contents Insurance and Aviva for Term Assurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
Our mortgage consultants are able to offer you help and advice on the various Government schemes and housing initiatives available subject to status and lender criteria.

A BROKER FEE MAY BE PAYABLE UPON MORTGAGE APPLICATION AS WELL AS AN ADMINISTRATION FEE. THE TOTAL FEE PAYABLE WILL DEPEND ON YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. YOUR MORTGAGE CONSULTANT WILL EXPLAIN ANY FEES APPLICABLE IN YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT..
YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU RE-MORTGAGE.
