Connells launches virtual viewings at Barrelmans Point

Following its launch this weekend, Connells Ipswich is delighted to now offer virtual viewings for new development, Barrelmans Point.

Taking place from the local branch on Princes Street, virtual viewings will give prospective purchasers the opportunity to have a walk-through of the new homes, explore the site’s facilities and really get a feel for the development. With 33% of properties in the first phase already reserved off-plan, Connells Ipswich is expecting sales to continue at pace and is urging anyone interested to book a viewing soon to avoid missing out.

A joint venture between Wavensmere Homes and Galliard Homes, Barrelman’s Point is a restoration of the former HMS Ganges Naval base which has sat derelict for more than 20 years. Located in the heart of the Shotley Peninsula, the development will comprise a total of 300 two, three, four and five bedroom houses, offering homes to suit a range of buyers and providing the opportunity for residents to connect with a piece of local history whilst living in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Barrelmans Point is located in the picturesque village of Shotley, at the heart of the Shotley Peninsula which is sandwiched between the River Orwell and the River Stour. Further afield, Colchester is approximately 25 miles away with access via the A12 which continues to Chelmsford (49 miles) and Brentwood (64 miles).
