Connells’ Louise Jacob named Best New Build Broker

Recognised at The British Mortgage Awards 2021

National estate agency Connells is celebrating after Louise Jacob, New Build Mortgage Services Partner covering Surrey and Sussex, was named ‘Best Broker: New Build’ at the British Mortgage Awards 2021.

The prestigious awards, held in association with Mortgage Solutions magazine at the Park Plaza Hotel in London on 7^th October 2021, recognise the stand out achievements of the most deserving individuals in the UK mortgage industry. The ‘New Build’ broker award, won by Louise and sponsored by Skipton Building Society for Intermediaries, went to the individual who “is a true new build expert, is able to demonstrate the delivery of a significant volume of quality new build business during the last 12 months, has a first-class knowledge of the relevant government schemes and will have used their knowledge to effectively engage clients with quality advice in this sector.”

“It’s an amazing feeling to be recognised as one of the best brokers in the country in my area of expertise,” says Louise, commenting on her achievement. “Customer service is my number one priority, and I work hard to obtain the best outcome for my customers and our developer and Housing Association clients. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing a site turn into a community of people from different walks of life. I believe this award is testament to my hard work and dedication, and I hope that it can inspire others to strive for their goals too - I am no different to anyone else, I am a normal person, a mum that works hard to achieve and never gives up until the job is done.”
